Refund Policy

Kerbside Services — Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and flexible. This policy explains cancellations, refunds and what happens if we cannot perform a booked service.

Cancellations by you

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: no charge.

  • Cancellations between 24–48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the quoted service fee may apply.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service: full service fee may apply.

Cancellations by us
If we must cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, staff illness, unsafe site conditions) we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time or a full refund.

Incomplete work on the day
If we are unable to complete the job due to undisclosed hazards, unsafe access or conditions beyond our control we will notify you and discuss options (reschedule, partial completion, or additional charges for extra work).

Refunds & consumer rights
If you believe a service was not delivered with due care and skill or does not meet the agreed specification, contact us via the Contact page immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a remedy (re-performance or refund) consistent with the Australian Consumer Law. These statutory consumer guarantees are in addition to our policy and cannot be excluded.
